My First Sounds Book

My First Sounds Book contains the entire alphabet with a real picture, a drawing, the written letters (upper and lower case), and a written word.

You can use this with infants/early intervention, preschool, kindergarten and first grade students who are learning the sounds and symbols of the English language.

This book is so great because you will be able to give your child the CORRECT sound-symbol correspondence! Many “first sounds” books have so many errors.  Instead of providing a true, initial consonant or vowel sound they will use a word that contains a blend or digraph so the child isn’t really hearing the true sound that corresponds with that letter.

My First Sounds Book does not have any confusing consonant and vowel, initial blends! (bl, el, tr, etc.) and no confusing initial consonant digraphs! (ch, th, sh).
